Schaffelaar theatre (Barneveld - The Netherlands)

 

The Schaffelaar Theatre in Barneveld opened its doors in June 2009 and stages concerts, cabaret performances, theatre, song and dance productions, variety shows as well as performances for youth and families. Professional groups hold the performances but amateur performers too have their own place inside the theatre. Commercial organisations have also found their way to the Schaffelaar Theatre, which they use as a venue for congresses, meetings and business events. The theatre has two halls. The large hall seats 576 people and the small hall has an extendable grandstand seating 208 people. The stage has a surface area of 315m2 and 27 pulleys.

The theatre halls have MF51 combination doors supplied by Merford, combining sound insulation, fire-resistance and an anti-panic function.
